How tight is your boat's turning radius?  We'll find out on this race, because it's all about cornering.  There are ten buoys arranged in a 100m by 20m lane, with five buoys on each side (see picture).  The object is to enter the lane with a flying start and complete the proscribed course as quickly as possible without touching any of the buoys.
